The majority of the staff from Colonia remain.James Ward, Partner and head of the Lincoln office says, “We are very excited about this chapter for the firm and look forward to providing the same high quality professional service for clients, new and old, with the core of the Colonia staff in our ranks. With the new team’s extensive experience over many years with Colonia, combined with Mount & Minster’s professional RICS status and all the senior staff being Chartered, this larger and more dynamic team can better service our ever expanding client base.”Ralph Wyrley-Birch, Managing Partner, added, “This has come at an excellent time for Mount & Minster as we develop to become one of the largest real estate companies in the East Midlands.
