The first gold medal for BiH at the Special Olympics World Winter Games in Austria, is won by Andrija Rados in alpine skiing in the discipline Super G.With a result of 1: 14.49, he was ahead of Dusan Stefanov from Serbia and Kyle Robinson from the United States.These are the first Olympic Games for Andrija, and he proudly said: “This is my happiest moment in my life. When I finished the race, I did not believe that the gold medal will be mine. Many thanks to my coach Rusko, with whom I have the last three months practicing skiing on Vlasic Mountain. Thanks to coach Ognjen who made me confident. Everybody talks about American athletes, and coach Ogi says: “you’re the best”, and so it was. A man and woman are in custody and facing a number of drug trafficking and weapons charges after Fort St. John RCMP served up a search warrant at a rural home near Taylor last week.Officers arrested Joshua Ivan Toth and Alexis Dawn Chin in the evening hours of June 30, after receiving complaints of gun shots from a rural property near the district earlier in the day.In a release, police say Toth was known to police for associations to illegal activity and applied for the warrant on his home.- Advertisement -At the home, police found three ounces of prepackaged cocaine, along with more than 1,000 Fentanyl pills, along with some marijuana. They also found more than $48,000 in cash, along with an improperly stored shotgun and various types of ammunition.According to police, Chin, 33, was at the home at the time and ran away from into the woods, but was quickly caught.Toth, also 33, arrived at the home while officers were on scene and was arrested.Advertisement Toth and Chin are facing charges of possessing cocaine and Fentanyl with the purpose of trafficking, along with charges of possession of a controlled substance and unauthorized possession and careless storage of a firearm.Chin was also known to police and both remain in custody.Toth will appear in court July 6. Chin will appear in court July 10.
